The site is for information only

The content on this site is provided for general information about what we do. Nothing on it, including the exit-readiness diagnostic and the valuation estimator, constitutes a valuation, financial, legal, tax or investment advice, or an offer to provide services. The figures and bands they produce are indicative only, based on the limited information you provide, and should not be relied upon as a valuation of any business. A substantiated valuation is a separate, formal exercise.

Engagements are separate

Any advisory relationship begins only when both parties have agreed terms of engagement in writing. Submitting the diagnostic, using the estimator or contacting us does not create such a relationship and places no obligation on either side.

Regulatory status

ClyOps provides corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory in connection with the sale of businesses. The sale of a business as a going concern falls outside the activities regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and Clyops Group Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this site is a financial promotion or investment advice within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Intellectual property
